Owner & Managing Member

Tim Trudeau is a distinguished member of the Tactical Data Link community for over 30 years and is a sought after Subject Matter Expert in Link 16  and Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) terminal operations, usage and maintenance.

As a former Senior Manager and Director of MIDS and Link 16 technical support services, Tim has lead over 350 MIDS and Link 16 training courses covering both MIDS Low Volume Terminal (MIDS LVT) and MIDS Joint Tactical Radio System (MIDS JTRS) operations and maintenance, provided well over 1000 hours of field repairs of MIDS terminals around the globe and has managed and lead the installation and integration of MIDS radios and turn key shipboard rack systems on 45 different platform types throughout NATO and Allied partners.

In his 30 year TDL career, Tim has seen the importance of proper training conducted in the early stages of Link 16 terminal procurement and champions the idea that proper training for all those involved with procurement, installation, integration, operations and maintenance, before the first terminal is in their hands, will lead to successful implementation of Link 16 throughout the military services.
